Andrew Fenn wint wederom op Mallorca

De Brit Andrew Fenn heeft na de Trofeo Palma ook de Trofeo Migjorn op het Spaanse eiland Mallorca gewonnen. De 21-jarige renner van Omega Pharma-Quickstep was opnieuw de snelste in de massasprint. Deze keer versloeg hij in Campos de Rus Alexander Porsev (Katusha) en de Italiaan Matteo Pelucchi (Team Europcar). De Portugees Manuel Cardoso (Caja Rural) en de Noor Edvald Boasson Hagen (Sky Procycling) werden respectievelijk vierde en vijfde. Fenn bezorgt hierdoor Omega Pharma-Quickstep haar achtste seizoenszege. Morgen zal op Mallorca de 151 kilometer lange Trofeo Deià verreden worden.
